The layout you pick changes the labor. Here's by how much.
A herringbone floor takes about 50 percent longer to set than a straight grid, because every edge piece is a 45-degree cut. Large-format slabs need a flatter floor and two sets of hands. We wrote up what each layout costs to install in our area, per square foot, so you can plan better.

How a job goes
When we evaluate your project, you aren't talking to a salesperson. Valentyn comes on site himself to evaluate the project and give you an accurate estimate of the work that needs to be done.

We take measurements and ask you what you want
If you have any inspiration photographs, we look at them here. We take specific measurements and a list of your work items.

We develop your quote
We evaluate the project and provide you a written estimate.

Tile and scheduling
If you are ordering the tile, we set the schedule based on your delivery. Otherwise we establish our timeline with you directly.

Project Installation
We show up in the morning, protect the rest of your home, and work straight through. Projects take anywhere from 3 days for a simple retiling, to 3 weeks for a full main suite upgrade (precision work takes time!)
