Most bathroom remodels in the $5,000 to $15,000 range are tile-heavy, and that is our speciality, but a bathroom is rarely only tile. We can demo the old room, fix what is behind the walls, set floors, walls, and shower, install the vanity and toilet, and take care of the small plumbing and electrical changes a remodel usually needs. For larger plumbing or electrical scope we bring in a licensed plumber or electrician we trust and schedule around them.
You get a quote with the list of items we plan to accomplish: floor, shower walls, shower pan, niche, tub surround, and so on. That way you can see exactly what we commit to doing and stay on the same page throughout the process.
Timeline for a typical hall bath is one to two weeks. While the renovation is in progress, we protect the house on the way in and out.
